Description
Responsibilities:
· Set up the Core Decision Squad.
· Define a LOB-agnostic Pega CDH framework.
· Provide expertise and advice on CI/CD pipeline implementation.
· Establish and build the overall governance pattern.
· Act as a core team member, taking ownership of issue resolution.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 8 years of relevant Pega Experience.
· Mandatory Pega CSA or CSSA Certification.
· Proficiency in Pega PRPC and BPM.
· Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
· Knowledge of automation test strategy, specifically for Pega CDH and CI/CD pipelines.
· Familiarity with key Pega components, including but not limited to report definition, class structure, data transform, data pages, data types, activities, case management, configuring flows and flow actions, sections, validations, decision rules, connectors (Rest & SOAP Services), email and file listener, queue processors, and job schedulers.
· Experience with correspondence rules, SLAs, WB and WL configuration, building dashboards, and knowledge of SQL for data retrieval from databases is advantageous.
