Identify and communicate with key stakeholders and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Understand the scope of the Change request and convert the same into Business requirement document.
Communicate clearly and unambiguously to developers and others and helps to analyze and resolve issues.
Gather, review, and analyze business data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics.
Liaise between various business departments and groups.
Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations.
Responsible for ensuring dashboards to stakeholders.
Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams.
Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, recommending actions.
Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports.
