TECHNICAL OFFICER/ SUPERVISOR (Aluminum Works)
Job Description
- Monitor project progress and allocate necessary resources while coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to understand project requirements and ensure the project is adhering to schedule and budget.
- Oversee all on-site activities related to aluminum installation projects and Manage a team of workers, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring their performance while being responsible to uphold the safety regulations at site.
- Maintaining zero defects at the installation work by conducing inspections to verify that work meets quality standards and client specifications.
- Coordinate with procurement and factory to ensure timely delivery of required materials and equipment. Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates, clarifications, and concerns by providing regular progress reports to clients and addressing any issues or changes in project scope.
- Maintain accurate records of project-related activities, including site reports, daily progress reports and providing them as and when requested for management review.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to aluminum installation and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Candidate Profile
- Should have minimum 3 years’ experience in the industry which is preferably in Aluminum fabrication and installation.
- A technical level qualification in the field
- Ability to work independently and willingness to work extra hours
- Good communication skills.
