Principal Accountabilities:
- Provide financial modeling and analysis to support decision-making around strategic initiatives, investments, and operational planning
- Work closely with the Finance Head and other finance functional leads to provide financial analysis and insights that will aid in business decisions
- Compile and scrutinize financial data to generate various reports such as Management reports, Board reports
- Evaluate and interpret financial information to create Product P&L, Channel P&L
- Develop and assess financial information to formulate multiple reports, including CSMT reports, Competitor analysis reports, report to Business units, and Annual Report (non-financial)
- Create variance reports and analysis for actual vs budgeted performance, identifying key drivers of variance and making recommendations for corrective actions
- Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as needed to support business decisions
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Monitor and track financial performance against established KPIs and targets
- Lead automation of MI and leveraging data analytics to provide same timely and effective manner.
Candidate Profile:
- 7 -9 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry
- Member of ICASL, CIMA or ACCA is essential
