Principle Accountabilities:

  • Ensure availability of necessary resources / infrastructure to conduct trainings as per training plan.
  • Assist in the development of training plans and schedules, and coordinate logistics for training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on training activities, attendance, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with the Training Operations (Bancassurance) team to ensure smooth logistics and scheduling of training sessions.
  • Assist and deliver bank partner development trainings channel-basis.
  • Assist in conducting training needs analysis to identify the training needs of the IROs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs with respect to objectives.
  • Assist and execute Insurance Relationship Officer development training programs (Induction, Bancassurance products, Life insurance training, and Sales skill development).
  • Timely update of all L&D related learning materials, curriculum, and repository of training content
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Assist in conducting training needs analysis to identify the training needs of the IROs.
  • Collectively work and coordinate with L&D team in critical training arrangement and delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in Training and development is essential
  • A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university in Business Management / Human Resources & Marketing or relevant professional qualification in similar field
  • Understanding of training and development for sales force, preferably in the insurance domain
  • Ability to identify learning needs, skills, competencies, testing and evaluation.
  • Sound knowledge in life insurance industry & previous experience in Bancassurance
  • Strong adaptability, work under pressure and capacity to work in fast-paced environments.
