The Job:

The person will be responsible for managing and executing the agency commission/ incentives for all agents within Union Assurance

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Process Agency commission / incentives and other related payments for all Categories in permanent and Agency cadre
  • Establish annual targets in consultation with the senior management as per the business plans
  • Monitor daily agency commission related exception report through HL-DMS & manage the correction
  • Compute Agency staff competition rewards as per the competition criteria
  • Generate Agency commission statement and transfer it to the FAME system

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business management, statistics or operations management from a recognized university / institute
  • 3 – 5 years experience in managing an operations role in an insurance organization
  • Knowledge of administering sales incentive schemes
  • Ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Ms Office including advanced excel is essential
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills is essential
  • Strong adaptability, work under pressure and capacity to work in fast-paced environments.
