Description
- Responsible for the design and development of Data Enrichment Layer enhancing the usability of the existing datasets with derived features
- Requirements gathering from divisions and modelling the enriched data needs of organization
- Validate the data feed to ensure that right data is available on a timely manner
- Liaising with Source system teams to complete data integration requirements or issues identified.
- Optimization of database architecture in the Enrichment layer for processing and cost optimization
- Carrying out R&D to improve the quality and usability of data and to bring in best practices from best-in-class Analytics driven organizations
- Responsible for preparing roadmaps for data enrichment
- Maintaining the documentation and other assigned tasks
Entry Requirements
- Should process a BSc in Data Science / Telecommunications / IT / Computer Science / Engineering / Statistics or other relevant qualification with strong knowledge in Data Engineering Concepts
- Advanced Analytics knowledge
- Strong Communication Skills (both Verbal and Written)
- 2-6 years’ experience in Data Science / Data Engineering
- Ability to program in Python and SQL, strong background in statistics (descriptive and inferential) and mathematics (calculus/ linear algebra), ability to import, clean and pre-process data
- Understanding of basic ML algorithms, prior work experience in a Cloud based environment & strong knowledge in Telecom domain will be an added advantage
