As a Key Account Manager, you would be working collaboratively on developing trusted relationship with enterprise clients and take solid initiatives in key account management in the Telecommunication industry. This will be an interesting role for you if you would like to expand into new horizons as this role will include key responsibilities such as:

  • building long lasting relationships with enterprise clients both in private and government sectors
  • acquiring thorough understanding of key client requests, technical needs and other requirements from the clients
  • expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • ensuring the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • serving as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • resolving any issues and difficulties faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • playing an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • preparing regular reports on growth and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

This role would match your profile;

  • If you possess a professional background with a Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication/ IT related fields with proven progressive exposure as a Key Account Manager would be preferred
  • If you have hands on experience with sales and providing solutions based on customer needs in the Telecommunication/ IT fields and have a natural passion in the subject. Professional knowledge in Telecommunication/ IT domains is desired for this role
  • being familiar with communications channels and be skilled in building strong professional relationships while having the ability to make enhancements and improvements to the processes involved
  • being a motivated individual who would achieve shared goals and results by sincerely providing a helping hand to others
  • being a service-oriented team player who has the ability to create a work environment which sparks focused approaches to drive company growth
