- Four-year Degree in BSc Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology (Telecommunication/Electrical & Electronic/ Computer Engineering/ Information Engineering) from a University/Institute recognized by UGC and the Institute of Engineers, Sri Lanka, equivalent to SLQF 6.
OR
- Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka.
- Upper age limit is 30 years as at application closing date.
