The business activities of the company are spread over the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Sri Lankan with the head office and main manufacturing facilities located in Muscat, Oman.
Estimator (Pre Tender Quantity Surveyor)
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare & agree new/star rate build-ups for additional work / variations.
- Pricing bill of Quantities for tendering
- Selecting and Finalizing Subcontractors including preparation of contract.
- Monitoring material and labor, costing the same including reconciliation
- Quantity take-offs from construction drawings & site measurement for estimating purposes.
- Ability to provide financial information for internal monitoring system
Candidate Profile
- BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 5 year similar experience
- Standard Method of Measurement of Building works (SMM7)
- FIDIC Conditions of Contract
- Sri Lankan Standard Method of Measurement (SLS 573)
- ICTAD Conditions of Contract (SBD/ 02), Sri Lanka
- Building Schedule of Rates (BSR)
