Our Graduate Programme is 24 months in length, where you will specialize in Business Analysis within SriLankan Airlines.
Associate Business Analyst
Associate Business Analysts in the graduate program will be responsible for assisting in the analysis, documentation, and improvement of business processes and s​ystems within the airline. Position holders will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within IT and respective business units to gather requirements, conduct research, perform data analysis, and contribute to the development of solutions that align with business objectives. Associate Business Analysts are expected to grow with their assigned projects and to be subject matter experts responsible for project planning and delivery across multiple business verticals within the Airline.
Requirements
The proposed Graduate Program will be open for:
University graduates who have completed their studies within the last twelve (12) months in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Data Science, Information/ Cyber Security, Engineering, or any other relevant field from recognized universities.
The upper age limit should be 35 years as at the closing date 06th September 2023.
