Support in driving key activities for varied under the Social Sustainability, WGB and DNA pillars for the organization working withing the Human Resources team. Initiate and implement various projects/initiatives to improve Health and support to create the right culture at MAS Legato.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support to create, plan and execute initiatives and programs related to “Women Empowerment” under the Women Go Beyond pillar.
  • Contribute to the conceptualization, development and implementation of centrally driven social sustainability initiatives.
  • Ensure the achievement of all social sustainability initiatives pertaining to the yearly MAS social sustainability tool targets.
  • Designing, developing and conducting needs analyses to identify needs, proximity and materiality; and feedback mechanisms (Surveys, focus groups) of all initiatives to understand the effectiveness of programs and give suggestions to for improvements aligned to management decision making.
  • Support to plan and execute various programs related to Women Go Beyond, DNA, Diversity Accessibility and Respect, Unconscious Bias Reduction (UBR), Sexual Orientation Gender Identity and Sexual Orientation (SOGI), by organizing awareness sessions/other forums, creating materials and following up on project timelines.
  • Support in Creating/influencing an open/expressive culture, facilitating the availability of a robust grievance handling process for MAS Legato.
  • Ensure MAS / Customer/ Statutory compliance & standards are implemented, monitored and sustained at all times. Areas covered included but is not limited to, Customer Quality and Process Standards, Labour Compliance, Health and Safety, BPU standards.
  • Ensure the roll out of MAS Code of Conduct by coordinating workshops and developing training material.
  • Strengthen the local implementation of the Code of Conduct through various modes of communication and initiatives.
  • Act as a point of connect at the Human Resource office for employees on matters concerning grievances as appropriate and required. 
  • Organize CSR initiatives aligning to business and community requirements.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Degree in Human Resources / Business Management / Business administration / Personnel Administration or any other relevant field / equivalent professional qualification.
  • 2+ years of previous work experience.
