Senior Executive – Production (Asialine, Embilipitiya)
Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the Active – Asialine team as a Senior Executive – Production! This role would enable you to coordinate all production activities pertaining to the assigned production modules in order to ensure on time delivery of products as per customer specifications.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure that the following activities are carried out upon the receipt of new styles by coordinating with relevant teams in order to facilitate smooth production operations

- Identify the machine requirements whilst, coordinating with the work study and technical team to finalize the layout

- Ensure that lines are fed and run according to the production plan by balancing operatives, checking their attendance, calculating daily targets, and coordinating with relevant sections in order to achieve production targets
- Coordinate with cut bank and ensure that all required cut panels of respective styles are made available according to the cut plan in order to avoid production idle time whilst, arranging for re-cuts for damaged/ lesser cut quantities

- Achieve set standard hours and efficiency levels, facilitate on time shipments according to the shipment plan and monitoring the hourly production output whilst, taking necessary actions to increase efficiency levels
