SENIOR EXECUTIVE CUTTING (MAS SILUETA – BIYAGAMA)
Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the MAS Silueta Marketing team as a Senior Executive Cutting! This role would enable you to effectively handle a portfolio of customers from the receipt of inquiries/orders to the transfer of orders to manufacturing units in order to meet business objectives such as customer contentment and retention, through high levels of service
Key Responsibilities
- Refer to the head wise plans, loading complexities and ensure optimum utilisation of cutting capacities thereby meet production requirements
- Conduct problem solving and highlight areas for improvement in the cutting process
- Connect with cross-functional teams to provide on-time and accurate data regarding cutting process and timelines to the production
- Analyze and display cutting department processes in an effective and accurate way
- Follow up all the processes/operations within the Cut Kit Area to ensure that all the components required
- Optimize material utilization by implementing/adhering to cutting processes such that there will be no/minimal effect to sales order completion
- Look forward for continuous improvements of processes and machines
Qualifications, Experience, Skill and Competencies:
- A degree or Diploma in Textile and Clothing Technology or Industrial Engineering from a recognized institute
- 3 – 5 years of experience in relevant field.
