Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the MAS Silueta – Biyagama as Senior designer. We are on the lookout for a creative, dynamic and energetic individual to prepare all artworks to accomplish a style/new concept that adheres to a customer requirement and or innovative requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adobe Expertise: Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to produce detailed and precise design drawings, technical flats, and vector graphics. Ensure that designs are accurate and production feasible.
- Browzwear Knowledge (Added Advantage): Hold a solid understanding of the Browzwear software to create virtual samples for the design and development process.
- Trend-Driven All-Over Prints: Demonstrate the ability to design trend-focused all-Over prints that complement the brand hand-writing and overall collection aesthetic.
- Market Research: Stay updated on emerging fashion trends, color palettes, and fabric innovations.
- Presentation Skills: Create compelling PowerPoint presentations to showcase design concepts, trends, and collection boards to internal teams and brands.
Qualifications:
- Degree/ Professional Qualification in Fashion and Apparel Designing
- 2-3 years of fashion design experience, preferably in close to skin garments.
- Share the design portfolio showcasing design capability.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and other design software.
- Browzwear knowledge is a significant advantage.
- Strong portfolio showcasing trend-driven designs and all-over prints.
- Good PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of garment construction and patternmaking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
