Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior team members on garment construction and pattern-making projects.
• Follow up on sampling processes to ensure quality and precision.
• Play a key role in material development and work on garment tech, patterns, and fit-related tasks.
• Provide support for category work, document preparation, and operational tasks.
• Maintain strict adherence to the organization’s environmental, safety, and health standards.
• Actively promote a culture of safety and environmental consciousness both within and outside the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate, undergraduate, or possess relevant textile-related qualifications from recognized institutes or universities.
• Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.
• IT literacy plus basic knowledge of Power Bi and fluency in office package.
