Intern – Process Governance (BASED AT HORANA)

We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to actively engage with providing dedicated system-based process improvements in the relevant area and create the requirements analysis in liaison with process owners to ensure a smooth & effective operational process and provide analytics & insights derived from system data.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting for identifying the best practices, formulate the standard procedures, and implement them across the plants and assure the user adherence of the same to ensure the systems and the process are aligned, optimized, and best utilized throughout the value chain to achieve business results.
- Support to conduct training sessions to the relevant parties on the newly implemented system solutions.
- Provide first level user support and coordinate with central support team as and when required to ensure speedy resolution of system related issues and to minimize the downtimes.
- Assisting on data analytics, report preparation and other administrative works within the division.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Undergraduate in Physical Science, Mathematics, or Statistics from a recognized university.
- IT skill & knowledge would be an added advantage.
- Good Communications skills.
- A good team player with interpersonal skills.
