EXECUTIVE – TALENT ACQUISITION – SERVICE DELIVERY 

To ensure all operational activities related to the Talent Acquisition Service Delivery Team for Legato HR Operations based at Biyagama, both locally and internationally are driven and implemented in a timely and effective manner based on SLAs, whilst contributing towards executing process improvement opportunities, driving and achieving a performance driven culture through all internal & external stakeholders, thereby attaining a high level of stakeholder satisfaction, meeting business and operations excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to the overall achievement of recruitments within set standards and KPIs under the Talent Acquisition Service Delivery team within the Legato HR Operations for MAS, focusing on Executive and Above cadre.
  • Liaise with hiring managers and relevant parties to forecast manpower requirements, develop recruitment strategies to successfully hire suitable candidates.
  • Ensure adherence to the recruitment process, including processing the Recruitment Requisition Form, screening and shortlisting candidates, conduct relevant assessments and reference checks and communicating job offer to be selected candidate, while maintaining relevant documentation.
  • Conduct the screening and shortlisting process (permanent, contractual, internships etc.) by evaluating applications received based on minimum criteria required to perform the job whilst, verifying applicant’s details and verifying documentation and completing other standard protocols.
  • Conduct reference/ clearance checks on the shortlisted candidates whilst, liaising with respective Hiring Managers and other persons to verify information provided by the candidates.
  • Maintain and report on key metrics developed to measure and predict staffing activities, while ensuring relevant documentation is recorded and maintain confidential.
  • Develop and maintain cordial relationships with government officials Universities/Institutes/Professional Bodies and follow up closely with same to attract the best talent to fill organizational staffing/ manpower requirements.
  • Ensure high and consistent level of client satisfaction by providing timely and continuous support while maintaining quality standards.  
  • Support line manager to drive projects of the team and identify potential process improvement opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency of the team.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Degree / Professional qualification in Human Resources / equivalent professional qualification
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in recruitment/staffing
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
  • Knowledge on Employment Law is preferable.
  • Strong communication skills
