Senior Executive Technical Knitting (MAS MATRIX – Thulhiriya)
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and energetic individual to join our Production Team at MAS Matrix to Develop and improve the new products for a smooth bulk production to meet the product quality as per the customer requirements and provide advice on developing the most effective knitting technical team to assure quality and effectiveness of the production.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop the factory integration process for a smooth handover model with both internal and external development parties for an effective bulk production
- Implement and establish the newly developed models at factory integration to achieve required KPI levels for a smooth bulk production.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the newly implemented model and improve new product readiness through innovative means for factory integration to reduce the bulk conflicts.
- Develop and implement knowledge share sessions on the newly introduced models with the overall bulk team, which includes Team member to Executive cadre members, for an effective change over.
- Direct the operations team to the product, machine and man readiness for new models through integration process
- Design or adjust production and integration processes to align with customer requirements in medical devices
- Develop the yarn consumption validation process to eliminate challenges due to consumption variations
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 3-4 years’ Knitting technical, Knitting programming & FI experience with at least 1-2 years in an executive position
- Good communication, Couching & interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy
- Yarn and Sewing plus establishment knowledge will be addition advantage
