KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform line balancing using IE techniques to identify critical areas of improvement.
- Conduct time, method, and production studies in the allocated Value Stream Mapping.
- Practice TL/GL concepts in the allocated sewing lines to enhance team efficiency.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree in Textile and clothing Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Production Management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong presentation skills.
