We are looking for a driven individual to Silueta (Biyagama) for HR Internship.

Duties to be performed.

• Handling Absenteeism Labor Turn Over and Grievance handling
• Facilitate Trainings and other administrative works
• Dealing with third parties
• Handling Employee Relation Function 

Qualifications

• Undergraduate a BSc degree in Management / HR
• Following CQHRM will be an added advantage.
• Communication skills in English and Sinhala
