KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Invoice based loan preparation.
- Customer PO (Purchase Order) based loan preparation.
- Fulfill the Gazette fund conversion requirement through submitting Customer remittance details and CUSEC details.
- Preparation of Monthly declaration
- Coordinate with Banks & Insurance Companies for Foreign Travels, Credit Cards
- Vendor Creation
- Handling Foreign Travels for Corporate employees
- Preparing payment files for customers
- Providing timely & accurate information to management for decision making
- Ensure that the environment, safety and health standards of the organization are adhered to while actively contribute towards promoting a culture of safety and environmental consciousness within and outside the organization.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree or diploma in relevant field (CIMA, ACC)
- Good IT Literacy Skills
