INTERN – MARKETING (MAS ACTIVE TRADING- NAWALA)
Being in the business for over 17 years, MAS Active is a prestigious establishment in Sri Lanka focusing on Activewear, Athleisure, Performance wear and Men’s essentials.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- He/She will be working closely with the Head of Customer Interface in implementing team structure, implementing systems/processes to build business feasibility.
- Stake holders across the Value Stream driving efficient service to the external and internal stake holders driving profitably and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible to work with multiple teams from corporate office (multiple teams) and internal teams (merchandising/technical/supply chain/planning/manufacturing/finance/HR) on customer introduction/systems and demands.
- Coordinating and arranging multiple meetings, sharing minutes/re-cap reports and follow-ups.
- Working closely with the central lean /MOS team from the business front visiting our facilities to carry-out Value Stream Mapping/Business Process Mapping, work with business teams on lean calibration.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Degree or MBA in Business administration or equivalent (CIM Fully completed).
- Knowledge in marketing/merchandising with finance knowledge (number savvy).
- Good communication skills in both written and verbal (both English and Sinhala), flexible and good attitude.
