KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Conduct effective and timely manpower fulfilment of Team Member
- Accurate update personal details of new recruits in the system and personal files
- Maintain accurate headcounts to assist higher management with efficient decision making at any given time
- Conduct and co-ordinate interviews
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Undergraduates of Business Management or Human Resources Management
- Good Communication skills
- Negation skills
