Executive Technical (MAS Active – Linea Intimo) 
Being in the business for over 17 years, MAS Active is a prestigious establishment in Sri Lanka focusing on 
Activewear, Athleisure, Performance wear and Men’s essentials.

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and an energetic individual to join the Simultaneous Engineering Team as an Executive Technical (Executive Work Level). This role would enable you to enable better organizational performance by conducting a timely and accurate analysis on all relevant business parameters, focusing on production KPIs and well as non-production data, ensuring improvement plans and actions.

Key responsibilities:

Manage all core production meetings / business reviews, give leadership to the data gathering, analysis and presenting function.

To support the formulation of strategy documentation in various formats for reporting requirements within MAS Holdings,

Support Kaizen Mindset Team to form effective KPI teams and systems, identifying lagging and leading KPIs for the organization.

Support the Hoshin Kanri process in terms KPI analysis and review and policy deployment.

Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.

Knowledge and Skills:

1-2 years of relevant work experience in Sowing Technical 

Communication skills Negotiation & Influencing Skills 

Good Analytical skills 

Good IT literacy
