EXECUTIVE – TALENT ANALYST AND DIGITAL SOLUTONS

Support the Talent Analytics and Digital Solutions function for MAS Intimates Divisional HR, through providing technical know-how, assisting in the identification of initiatives, consulting on tools, technology and statistical models and thereby enabling the leadership in faster, data-based decision making. Incumbent will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing digital tools, automation programs to reduce repetitive, work-intensive human processes, primarily including, but not limited to, the Human Resources function, thereby enabling the company with digital tools to forecast and make decisions faster in a fluid Business environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Talent Analytics function within the Division through liaising with functional teams to identify reporting requirements, designing and developing data collation frameworks and systems and developing dashboards and management reporting platforms enabling data driven forecasting, analysis and decision making.
  • Together with Management, bear responsibility to effectively Monitor key HR KPIs, use available tools for data analysis and provide highly effective management information and reports as per Business/seasonal and situation requirements for decision making across the Division.
  • Play a lead role in ensuring Oracle System data integrity for the Cluster through follow up on data accuracy, support in troubleshooting and being overall Divisional point person for technical concerns.
  • Drive process optimization through identification of critical activities than can be automated and implementing innovative solutions within the HR / Administrative Function.
  • Work in collaboration with development partners to create a perfect product, inclusive of testing, to meet all business needs with the highest degree of dependability, quality and efficiency whilst also working with the said parties in continuous improvements and driving solutions to relevant issues with minimal downtime.
  • Together with sound digital and business acumen challenge the status quo and inculcate a culture that is passionate, innovative and data driven to ensure seamless decisions making and operational excellence.
  • Work on multiple project/ assigned initiatives whilst offering support, technical guidance and sharing of best practices among others enhancing knowhow and efficiency within the pillar.
  • Be responsible for familiarizing themselves with the latest tools/platforms/programming languages and have the knowledge to perform Level 1 problem solving/troubleshooting for the Division.
  • Conduct internal trainings/ presentations/ sharing of best practices amongst internal and external teams to enable better leverage of Process Optimization programs and solutions.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Degree in Data science / Statistics / any other relevant field / Equivalent professional qualification
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Knowledge and development experience in Power BI / Power Apps/ Power Automate / Data Bricks and proficiency in Python / DAX / Power query / O365 Scripts and VB/ Macros
  • Role requires proven leadership abilities, technical skills, and the ability to make critical decisions within a short period of time.
  • Ability to draw connectivity and challenge current processes. Ability to manage cross functional teams vertically (up and down) is important.
