Senior Executive – Training Instructor

This role would enable you
to provide technical advice/ guidance to technicians and sample operators in order to develop the most effective sewing methods whilst, ensuring quality requirements are met thereby, facilitating the process.
Key responsibilities
- Participate at the sampling stage attending style briefings, attend to preproduction issues and administer tech pack, trim card and BOM documents
- Participate at cutting PP meeting to discuss cut related issues prior to bulk production
- Analyse and identify pre-production samples to ensure all requirements are met with the Tech pack and develop effective sewing methods to facilitating production
- Follow up with all activities related to style change over and ensure line feeding and relevant targets are achieved
- Analyse and address issues related to over consumption of material in Technical, Cutting and Pattern areas and carry out root cause analysis
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards such as SOPs, compliance standards, health and safety and 5S whilst, leading MOS initiatives within the team
Knowledge and Skills
- Degree in any relevant discipline from a recognized Textile Institute
- 2- 3 years of relevant work experience
