EXECUTIVE – INDUSTRIAL SYSTEMS ENGINEERING

We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our Linea Aqua team in Hanwella as a ‘Executive – Industrial Systems Engineering’ to analyze customer designs/samples and prepare labor costing,    provide info for the pricing process, prepare machine layouts and style feeding, design & install work place        layouts & attachments/work aids. 

What will your job role look like?

· Ensure all style analyses are carried out, verify and obtain all relevant information on the styles including     operation sequence, methods, standard minute values (SMV) and machine/attachment requirements

· Facilitate the pilot-run for new styles, prepare machine layouts, feeding plans & Standard Work Sheet (STW) and avoid wastage before the completion of 50 pieces

· Conduct Work Study and Time Study methods, including Yamazumi to analyze line performance – identify and solve  production issues related to Work Study and facilitate a smooth production process

· Actively get involved in preparing skill development plans for operators, motivate all team members and team leaders to achieve the desired productivity and skill levels and ensure strict compliance to the safety procedures & 5S

· Review the required reports and forward to relevant personnel to facilitate production

Qualifications and Experience:

· Degree/National Diploma in Technology or General Certificate in Education – Advanced Level with a Diploma from Institute of Management Services/diploma in Industrial Engineering (NIBM) or any other relevant field

· At least 1 year of work experience in a similar capacity 

· Good communication skills
