Executive Industrial Engineering (Vidiyal)

Intimates – Vidiyal is in a look out of potential candidates for the post of Executive Industrial Engineering with the capability to improve manufacturability by standardizing both machine & method, with the product development team using PPA process, chassis & autonomation.

Job Responsibilities:

– Provide leadership at PDRA (Product Development Risk Assessment), MI (Moulding Integration), FI (Factory Integration), Pp (Pre-Production).

– Ensure the availability of the Tech Pack with PPA champion.

– Prepare layout, Yamazumi version 1 and machine setting STW (Standard Work Sheet)

– Continuously look for automation options to de-skill the operation at Pre-Production stage.

– Continuously look for ways to reduce machine requirement for layouts and ensure machines available for production.

– Certify Team Members are trained up to the expected standards before PSD.

– Ensure chassis base manufacturing.

– Be on alert for abnormalities in shop floor and engage in resolving them.

– Ensure adherence to compliance, health and safety procedures during the entire physical/chemical testing processes to maintain zero accidents.

– Align with projects relating to MOS (MAS Operating System) to achieve the required standards.

Qualifications & Experience Require :

– Basic Engineering Degree
– Knowledge in GSD or the License certification 
– 2 years of experience in manufacturing plant in Apparel 
– Knowledge on industrial engineering and Lean Manufacturing tools
– Excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, leadership & interpersonal skills
