EXECUTIVE INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING (UNICHELLA (PVT) LTD. – THURULIE)

This role will require you to hold ownership of the technical aspects of the product by adhering to the critical path to achieve customer expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide leadership at PDRA (Product Development Risk Assessment), MI (Moulding Integration), FI (Factory Integration), Pp (Pre-Production)
- Ensure the availability of the Tech Pack
- Continuously look for automation options to de-skill the operation at Pre-Production stage
- Continuously look for ways to reduce machine requirement for layouts and ensure machines available for production
- Prepare layout, Yamazumi version 1 and machine setting
- Execute chassis base manufacturing
- Identify opportunities to optimize operational work content allocated
- Engage with the Machine Design & Development engineer & Autonomation Engineer to identify autonomation opportunities
- Trial out a mini bulk run of the identified optimized & automated opportunities to certify the manufacturing feasibility of the identified opportunities
- Engage with internal & external suppliers to ensure all the required automated solutions are available at all respective plants for productions
- Be on alert for abnormalities in shop floor and engage in resolving them
- Align with projects relating to MOS (MAS Operating System) to achieve the required standards.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Basic Engineering Degree
- GSD License certification
- Strong analytical skills with an innovative mindset
- Knowledge on industrial engineering
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing plant
- Strong & excellent communication, leadership skills & interpersonal skills
- People management skills
- Knowledge on Lean Manufacturing tools
