Key Responsibilities:
· Sound understanding on the end-to-end engineering inventory management including repair and return Inventory.
· Ensure the accuracy of stock and manage day to day operation of the warehouse effectively.
· Monitor and manage required stock levels and take necessary steps to avoid stock out situations.
· Co-ordinate with other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate replenishment of stock.
· Maintain records of all materials and their usage.
· Provide reports such as GRN, Consumption etc to the management on regular basis.
· Maintain the health and safety standards within warehouse.
· Comprehensive understanding on the ERP systems , MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power points.
Qualification and Experience:
· Degree or diploma relating to Management, Supply chain and Logistic from a recognized institute with 1—2 years of experience in Engineering stores.
· Advanced knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
· Good verbal and written communication skills in English and team work will be considered.
