Executive – Business Support and Governance  (Based at Biyagama)

This role would enable you by providing business support and governance activities for SAP and all integrated systems whilst ensuring alignment to same within the kreeda cluster to ensure the achievement of business objectives via supporting the organizational alignment of processes within functions and SBUs (local and overseas) of kreeda. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Identify and implement effective controls and procedures to ensure integrity and reliability of Kreeda Systems and act as the point person for the business users and conduct periodic audits in Kreeda systems to ensure controls and procedures are maintained to ensure system integrity and reliability and advise or implement solutions if it’s not achieved. 
  • Involve in system related projects across Kreeda and MAS and ensure the business requirements are identified and delivered whilst achieving the governance and control requirements and respond to inquiries and carry out activities relating to project and business. 
  • Identify the areas of within systems to reduce workload, cost & risk, improve productivity and performance of the end user or business operation through system enhancements or automations and ensure proper implementation and sustainability. 
  • Monitor the user/plant adherence to system processes and functions to ensure maximum usage and integrity of the system. 
  • Coordinate with other divisions to ensure the best system solutions are developed or adopted that would benefit the organization and ensure sustainability of them. 
  • Conduct trainings to ensure sustainable use of the system functions and processes with focus of guiding the users for best system and governance practices. 
  • Ensure compliance with the defined governance framework including upholding the MAS DNA, following, group/company polices & procedures, best practices (where the group/company policies and procedures are not defined), relevant laws & regulations and undertake every necessary action to comply with the governance framework. 
  • Ensure that the environment, safety and health standards of the organization are adhered to while actively contribute towards promoting a culture of safety and environmental consciousness within and outside the organization. 

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: 

  • Degree /Professional qualification on IT, Finance, or similar field. 
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in similar capacity (Knowledge in Finance and system auditing will be advantageous). 
  • Communication skills and analytical Skills. 
  • Knowledge on SAP Modules and business in as added advantage . 
  • IT literacy.
