Key Responsibilities:

– Ensure successful completion and achievement in Performance Management process in the division including trainings, goal setting, evaluations and system updates.

– Proactively drive accurate system data/ management information and assure timely communication on information required by the leadership and other relevant authorities.

– Assure 100% completion and quality of the IDP process for the respective business unit whilst liaising with the central T&D team on driving the on-the-job training/coaching processes.

– Ensure completion of Engagement calendars/actions and drive engagement survey’s and relevant post processes in driving the engagement framework.

– Drive budgeted cadre, recruitment and exit processes.

– Assure timely handling of grievances whilst liaising with respective business and HR leadership 

– Proactively drive process improvement in respective work areas in assuring productivity improvement and driving zero non-value-added work

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Degree in Business Management/Human Resources and any other relevant area 
  • 3 years operational experience in HR 
  • Detailed knowledge on HR processes and internal HR systems
  • High level of communication and customer service mindset
