We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to support in the facilitation of assigned Autonomation projects whilst, providing necessary technical input in order to provide an uninterrupted service thereby, facilitating all Autonomation initiatives within the Autolab team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with all internal stakeholders/ teams to identify the autonomation requirements and provide necessary guidelines whilst also, engaging in feasibility studies both technical and financial.
- Prepare 3D designs and animations for the prototypes whilst, designing and fabricating relevant components pertaining to Autonomation initiatives.
- Prepare technical files and engineering manuals whilst, supporting internal teams at Nike Modernization Centre to develop the user manuals and safety manuals/ Job Instruction sheets as per the requirement.
- Ensure that all developments undergo an inspection and testing process prior to transferring same to the transition line.
- Engage with relevant safety officers to carry out the machine safety risk assessments whilst, addressing all identified safety concerns/ Bottle necks in a timely manner thereby, ensuring smooth operations for same.
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards in areas such as, compliance standards, MOS, SOPs, health and safety and 5S in all day-to-day activities whilst, assisting in relevant projects and ensuring relevant practices/ processes with regard to same are followed within the team.
- Ensure all guidelines pertaining to Intellectual Property are strictly followed and adhered to within the Nike Modernization Centre thereby, ensuring conformance to company standards.
- Ensure adequate knowledge is transferred to the proliferation team pertaining to all development projects carried out by the Autonomation Engineering team as and when development projects are being executed.
- Ensure that the developed and tested machines are scaled / replicated in order to enhance the SMV savings and productivity of the operations carried out across Kreeda in an effective and timely manner.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree/ Diploma in a relevant field
- 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience
- Good Negotiation and Communication skills
- Fluency in English
