KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in the budgeting process, obtain relevant information and finalize the budgets in a timely manner.
- Prepare Weekly & Monthly reports on budgets, KPI charts for each department.
- Establishing & Driving Data Culture in the manufacturing
- Coordinate with the MOS team to foster a MOS culture and monitor all process improvements.
- Attend meeting with the HODs and identify variances and agree on necessary actions to be implemented.
- Ensure that the environment, safety and health standards of the organization are adhered to while actively contribute towards promoting a culture of safety and environmental consciousness within and outside the organization.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- An academic/professional qualification in Finance or Business Management
- · Post Graduate or A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
- · Operational-related experience would be an added advantage
- · Textile or clothing technology would be an added advantage.
