Brand and Creatives
- Responsible for overlooking the brand strategy and execution including its management and communications.
- Responsible for the creation and execution of brand activation plans and digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Proficient in developing comprehensive brand marketing plans focused on driving brand awareness.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution.
- Identify trends, insights and optimize spend and performance accordingly.
- Develop designs for various creative projects including social media content and promotional material.
- Working together with creative agencies and media buying agencies.
- Support concept development and deployment of key marketing events/expos.
- Ensure brand management and alignment of all creative outputs with brand identity.
- Explore new trends and technologies in digital marketing and marketing automation to ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments.
Experience and Skill Requirement:
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Design, or relevant discipline.
- 3 – 4 years of related Industry Experience in Marketing and advertising-related roles.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Proficient in web analytics tools such as Google Ads, and Google Analytics
- Knowledgeable in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
- Experience working with Adobe Suite and other video editing platforms.
- Experience in content development is a plus.
- Google Professional Certifications – Google or HubSpot is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Strong design thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify emerging trends, interpret data, and draw insights.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
