Do you have a passion for next-to-skin wearables? If yes, we invite you to join the Softmatter team as a Brand/Digital Marketer who can work on numerous top-of-the-funnel brand/digital marketing activities: 

Brand and Creatives 

  • Responsible for overlooking the brand strategy and execution including its management and communications. 
  • Responsible for the creation and execution of brand activation plans and digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. 
  • Proficient in developing comprehensive brand marketing plans focused on driving brand awareness. 
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution. 
  • Identify trends, insights and optimize spend and performance accordingly. 
  • Develop designs for various creative projects including social media content and promotional material. 
  • Working together with creative agencies and media buying agencies. 
  • Support concept development and deployment of key marketing events/expos.
  • Ensure brand management and alignment of all creative outputs with brand identity. 
  • Explore new trends and technologies in digital marketing and marketing automation to ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments. 

Experience and Skill Requirement: 

  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Design, or relevant discipline. 
  • 3 – 4 years of related Industry Experience in Marketing and advertising-related roles.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Proficient in web analytics tools such as Google Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Knowledgeable in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns 
  • Experience working with Adobe Suite and other video editing platforms. 
  • Experience in content development is a plus. 
  • Google Professional Certifications – Google or HubSpot is a plus. 
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Strong design thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify emerging trends, interpret data, and draw insights. 
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
