Do you have the passion for next to skin wearables? If yes, we invite you to join with the Softmatter team as an Account Manager who can;
- Deploy Sales strategies to build a diversified and balanced portfolio of opportunities by enabling selective investment in growth areas.
- Establishing multiple customer touchpoints to engage key stakeholders across customer organisations.
- Lead proactive discovery conversations to uncover new opportunities within existing accounts
- Deploy Strategies to increase new customer conversion and nurture existing customers.
- Deliver a superior customer experience by partnering with the Product and Programme teams to troubleshoot customer issues.
- Assess competitor activity in the sector of focus to ensure Softmatter stays abreast of market developments.
- Identify and build strategic partnerships that help elevate Softmatter’s positioning in the sector of focus.
- Maintain revenue forecasts and provide strategic support to Business Development Led and CMO.
- Ensure compliance with the defined governance framework of the Company.
Experience and Skill Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree and MBA in the relevant field.
- 5 – 7 years of related Industry Experience.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing and Product Development related roles
- Excellent multitasking, interpersonal and prioritizing skills
- Problem solving & strong analytical skills along with data-driven thinking
- Strong consulting, research, customer service, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to identify emerging trends, interpret data, and draw insights
Work Arrangement: A combination of remote and on-site work
