Job Description
- Responsible for coordination all functions related to POSM systems, connecting with all distributor points and regional staff to support product launches in the retailer space
- Require co-ordinating with suppliers and other relevant units of the department in order to make sure Dealer Boards, Tin Plates, POSM material standards are met in all regions
- Responsible for updating all files on POSM system and receiving a summary counts on dealer boards district wise, ensure all trainings are given to regional teams on the POSM process and conduct audit programs on the POSM process
- Responsible for co-ordination with local authorities/RDA in respect to payment of taxes, submit RDA & local authorities branding information to regional team and get confirmation, submit RDA and local authorities tax payment invoices to finance for payments and follow-up on all tax payments and dispatch on time before any legal actions (KPI)
- Manage the distribution of merchandising items and ensure all allocated budgets are effectively utilized for promotional activities
- Maintain budget reports on Dealer Boards, Tin Plates, POSM material separately
Entry Requirements
- Ideal candidate should possess a Degree in Sales & Marketing
- 2-3 years working experiences in Marketing would be an added advantage
- Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, negotiation skills, PR Skills
