Executive Showroom – Hayleys Eco Solutions sector
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring customers are serviced at the highest level of satisfaction through quality service/products
- Assisting customers with selection of merchandise and performing all other related duties
- Organizing and operating the showroom to produce highest quality customer service experience
- Reviewing on a continuous basis, the general business climate for the showroom
- Answering phones in professional and friendly manner and performs general office duties
- Responding to telephone calls and directs customer inquiries relating to the management of the showroom promptly and resolves any problems that arise
- Following up on all customer inquiries and/or complaints and establishes conclusions in a timely manner
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Candidate Profile:
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing from a recognized University or any other equivalent qualifications
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience as a Showroom Executive or relevant role would be an added advantage
- Hands-on experience with SAP software is a plus
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule when required
- Preference will be given who are from Colombo or around proximity
