We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Executive – Marketing and Customer Engagement. The Executive – Marketing and Customer Engagement will be responsible for all Marketing activity processes. The selected candidate will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.
- Executing content marketing activities in line with the assigned budget and the market trend
- Planning annual, quarterly, and monthly content plans for digital media
- Ensuring social listening and monitoring of the brand in digital media using relevant tools
- Organizing events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions
- Monitoring, optimizing, and reporting digital marketing performance on set intervals
- Planning, executing, and monitoring all paid digital media activities i.e., social media ads, influencer campaigns, display ads, programmatic ads etc.
- Identifying and testing new channels
- Planning and engaging with the strategic partners to conduct joint marketing activities
- Ensuring all the partner portals are updated and maintained
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or an equivalent professional qualification and a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Experience building and utilizing social media strategies
