We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Executive – Transport Division. The selected candidate will report to the Manager – Transport and will be based at the Transport Division.
The Executive – Transport Division will be responsible for
- Ensure zero non-conformity/compliance issues covering all transport related areas including quality checks, health & safety and processes and documentation.
- Corresponding with intercompany sundry agents.
- Maintain Stock and Records for transport related documentation.
- Helping Detailing Officers in Vehicle allocation
- Handling all intercompany sundry hires, invoicing, managing P & L.
- Organizing chauffeur training activities.
The ideal candidate should
- Be proficient in English Language (Reading & Writing)
- Possess knowledge in MS Office Package
- Be able to work on Roster Basis
