SENIOR EXECUTIVE – INFRASTRUCTURE & SYSTEM SUPPORT

Keells Food Products PLC, a fully owned subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC, is looking for an Senior Executive – Infrastructure & System Support who is a team player, detail oriented, self-driven and can work with a wide array of people.

Keells Food Products PLC is the country’s market leader in processed meat products and has held this position for over three decades. Our company possesses ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System, and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System Certifications. The Company manufactures a range of sausages, meatballs, hams, crumbed products, and soya range products under the “Elephant House” and “Keells Krest” brands.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Provide guidance and supervise IT staff under the above role for them to manage their respective functional areas.  
• Managing and maintenance of
  • LAN and WAN networks of multiple facilities including factories.  
  • User, device, and IT service management. 

• Assist Business Users & management of the Company Helpdesk. 
• Coordination with Group IT and Sector IT on all the IT services. 
• Maintain IT operational compliance levels. 
• Manage IT inventories including software and hardware.  
• Manage IT procurement, product evaluation and prepare technical recommendations. 
• Preparation of IT budgets and optimal utilization of capital and operational expenditures.  

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Degree in Computer science, Management Information Systems, Information technology or equivalent from a recognized University with 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity. 
• Experience in similar infrastructure, network management & monitoring tools. 
• Teamwork, communication skills, negotiations, attention to detail, decision-making and problem-solving, analytical skills, and time management. 

Following qualifications will be added advantage. 

• Certification in Microsoft System administration & Network Management  
• Azure-related service administration 
• Microsoft Intune management. 
• ITIL Certification
