Executive – Reservations and Ticketing

The airline division of the John Keells Group comprises Mack Air (Pvt) Ltd, a limited liability company established in Colombo Sri Lanka in the year 1980. Encompassing one of the largest airline divisions within Sri Lanka, Mack Air represents some of the most renowned names in world aviation within Sri Lanka. With over four decades of experience, Mack Air (Pvt) Ltd has the honor of being the first General Sales Agent to have been awarded ISO 9001 certification within Sri Lanka. The company provides infrastructure, marketing, accounting, airport, and administrative support to all the principals currently represented.

Job Responsibilities

As a Reservations and Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for handling ticketing and reservation inquiries from our customers. Your keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills will enable you to delight our customers. You will work closely with airlines and other travel partners to secure the best deals for our customers and ensure their travel plans are meticulously arranged.

Person Specifications

To thrive in this role, you should have a passion for the travel industry and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. A background in ticketing and reservations, along with proficiency in travel booking systems, will be advantageous. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask will be essential in managing multiple bookings while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
