Job Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced statistical analysi and build models to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and measure performance.
- Understand data engineering techniques and concepts like pilot testing and execution.
- Work closely with senior data scientists in building and delivering analytics models.
- Communicate results to a technical or business audience.
- Develop training materials for business users and maintain relevant documentation.
- Develop and manage enterprise data dictionaries across all domains and enforce data quality rules.
- Conduct periodic assessments of domains to meet company compliance regulations.
- Define and maintain the access matrix for data domains.
- Support data users as experts in data in their domain, negotiating data service agreements, and ensuring data access and provisioning comply with standards and controls.
Person Specifications
- Minimum 1 years’ work experience in Database Design Documentation & SQL query building.
- Experience with database design, IT audit, governance, power BI, database management and data governance tools would be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership in project management.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Knowledge of data sources, transformation rules and uses of data.
