You should ideally;
- possess a degree or a full professional qualification in IT
- possess Certification in Linux, Windows or VMware will be an added advantage
- possess 06 years’ of executive level experience in IT with a minimum of one year in VMware Administration covering the following areas,
- Install, configure ESX nodes, vCenter
- vSphere replication, SRM
- troubleshooting knowledge in the VMware environment
- possess basic concept knowledge on Networking
- possess sound knowledge on Linux and Windows administration
- have good communication skills
You will be responsible for
- managing a complex VMware infrastructure
- implementing security controls on the infrastructure as per ISO27001 and other security standards
- daily system monitoring and taking corrective action
