System Administrator – Network

Job Responsibilities

• Provisioning, installation, configuration, monitoring, upgrade, troubleshoot, maintenance of ICT systems
• Maintain an inventory for ICT systems: hardware and software
• Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out
• Attend to requests on helpdesk promptly
• Ensure confidentiality of data and security of information available on group’s computer
• Provide guidance and support and technical knowhow to subordinate staff              

Candidate Profile

• Degree / Diploma from recognized university / institute or qualified on MCSA, CCNA
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving ability, capability to multi-task and learn new concepts quickly
• Team orientation
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables at the same time
