Role Purpose
Assists and makes changes to components of the infrastructure that support multiple shared services.Role Responsibilities- Translates business requirements into technical requirements needs by sourcing data and undertaking appropriate analyses under supervision- Completes relevant reporting documentation and complies with internal and external standards- Supports upgrades and coordinates internal and third parties where required.- Assists existing business users and helps to investigate and resolve errors, data discrepancies and queries- Ensures an application, system, software or network’s performance, integrity, availability and security is never compromised. Minimum Requirements- This is an Individual Contributor role- Bachelors degree or equivalent in an IT related discipline- Holds broad technical knowledge of their subject matter and applies this to solving problems- Previous experience in technology based roles.
