Responsibilities

• Aiding to bridge the communication between customer & development team.
• Assisting to produce professional documents & presentations.
• Assisting to conduct product demos, business analysis and gap analysis activities.
• Engagement with development process activities (Agile/Scrum) to ensure proper communication of requirements and accuracy of development.
• Ensure the quality of deliveries to manage customer expectations.

Pre – Requisites

• Bachelor’s degree in the IT field.
• Analytical skills.
• Communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Fair knowledge in MS Office Products & Agile tools will be an added advantage.
