Description

• Responsible for synthesizing research findings while applying simple problem-solving methodologies to solve operational and interpersonal problems and recommending resource requirements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Providing business metrics for the overall project and implementing enhancements to systems as required while monitoring the performance of decision systems and statistical models
• Communicating business subject matter with experts to lead initiatives for continual improvements and defining performance tracking metrices including incremental take-up, revenue etc
• Measuring impact/ ROI to identify further optimization and retrain / periodic revision of model performance
• Achieving consistent commercial growth through in the division/BU whilst executing campaigns with functional units and influencing stakeholders for driving new projects and campaigns
• Implementing in-house consultative meetings with internal stakeholders for insights sharing and conducting continuous assessments of adoption programs as well as set clear objectives
• Managing operational report requests via Tableau/Safe Harbor and participating development of analytics at the EDGE project, working with business/support units to identify opportunities for leveraging organizations data
• Gathering data from both internal, external sources and preparing data for analytical tasks while implementing exploratory data analysis, visualization, hypothesis testing and presenting findings and actionable intelligence to stakeholders & senior management
• Defining activities, strategic direction, scope, timelines on data science projects, developing dashboard to cater divisional business requirements while working with cross functional teams and maintaining documentation of methodology, source codes, version control & other best practices in development operations
• Adhering to agile development practices and responsible for making reports, delivering presentations to all levels of colleagues, peer groups
• Conducting both quantitative, qualitative analysis while researching on the industry best practices, working with internal / external parties and preparing roadmaps, investment papers on emerging technologies
• Communicating with business subject matter with experts for continuous improvement of methodologies and responsible for knowledge sharing and collaboration building
• Acquiring certifications offered through MOOC and ensuring the automation predictive models within the key business processes
• Implementation on training & certification on SQL, or other necessary tools while grooming edge users on SQL / tableau and responsible for data quality management & data cleansing for the division

Entry Requirements

• Possess a degree in B.Sc in IT/ Computer Science/ AI/ data science/ statistics, software-engineering/ economics and business or a  diploma in analytics
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the related area
• Being passionate about creating value through scientific methods and data analysis
