We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for working closely with the Sales and Pre-Sales team to identify and analyze business challenges, whilst playing a Product Proxy role for the Cloud Solutions and Services Business Unit.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for:
- On-Time Proposals and RFP Submissions
- Facilitating analysis of functional requirements and designing technical specifications
- Communicating with product and service Managers to prioritize and refine requirements
- Organizing customer meetings with the assistance of the Pre-sales and Sales team
- Participating in Acceptance Testing, trainings, and implementation related activities
- The Partner Portal for Subscriptions and License provisioning for customers
- Internal Project documenting though Azure DevOps and SharePoint
- Microsoft Sales CRM and other activities
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or the equivalent, with 2 – 4 years of related experience in development or Quality Engineering
- Knowledge and experience on Scrum and Agile practices is preferable
- The ability to work effectively with multicultural team and be open for deployment to the Middle East and North Africa
- A professional certification in Microsoft Office, CSPO, PMI-PBA, CCBA, Fundamental – Azure, AWS, GC, or Google
